Punjab Benevolent Fund Scholarship 2015-16, Form & Schedule

Punjab government has announced the schedule for Punjab servants benevolent fund scholarship 2015-16. Its a special scholarship program for the children of government servants. Its a right of wards of government officers too as they pay monthly amount for this fund. If you have got more than 60% marks in matriculation or any above class and studying in the any next class, then you must avail this opportunity of scholarship by provincial government. This year you may apply from1st January, 2016 to 31st March 2016. No application received before or after this time limit will be considered at all for the grant of this benevolent fund scholarship.
Application Procedure
First of all download the Punjab benevolent fund scholarship form from this page. Fill it carefully and attach all the required documents with it.  Now after attestation from the head of educational institute submit the form through the head of your department in the office of provincial benevolent fund board which is situated in the Alfalah building The Mall road Lahore.
Gazetted officers of Punjab government(Scale 16 and above) and non gazetted servants of civil secretariat including SST, assistant education officer will submit the form in the provincial BF board's office. Non gazetted government servants (scale 1 to 15 other than secretariat) will submit their form in the office of their concern DCO (Chairman district BF board).     
Documents Required For Punjab Servants Benevolent Fund Scholarship 2015-16
Following documents are required with the duly filled application form.
1-Attested photocopies of CNIC of parents 
2- Attested copy of computerized pay slip/DDO of serving or retired government officer for December 2015 issued by audit office. Retired servants can furnish the attested photocopy of their pension copy.
3-Students of private institutions will have to provide the copy of affiliation of their institute with board or university. Kindly also attach the registration number of your institution for the year 2015-16.
4-Detailed attested mark sheets of all the exams(semester or annual) which you have passed in the year 2015 especially the result card of that specific exam on the basis of which you are expecting benevolent fund scholarship. Mark sheets should be attested by the concern controller of examination. 
5-Wards of disable/deceased servants will have to provide some extra documents. For details read the newspaper ad on this page.
6-Government servant are not allowed to attest the documents of their wards.

Points To Remember 
1-You may also send you applications through post. Special counter has been set up in the Alfalah building Lahore for receiving the by hand applications. Don't forget to get receipt after submitting the by hand application. 
2-Result awaiting students may also apply. They will have to submit their result cards with in the 7 days after the announcement of the result.
3-You may also use the photocopy of the prescribed form.
